Welcome to the Sav-a-Bull Pit Bull Rescue and Adoption Program. We request the following information so that we can assist you in becoming a temporary adopter. Please complete all questions honestly, as this form is the first step in providing a loving a capable home for a deserving dog in need. 

Thank you for your application and interest in becoming a temporary adopter for a Sav-a-Bull dog. We will be in touch as soon as possible.

Please note, completion of this application does not guarantee the temporary adoption of a Sav-a-Bull dog. In addition to honestly completing the above, to be considered for a Sav-a-Bull dog, you must: be 21 years of age or older, have identification with your current address, have the knowledge and consent of your landlord, be willing to complete our temporary dog adoption process and be able and dedicate the time and money necessary to provide proper care of a Sav-a-Bull dog.
