Welcome to the Sav-a-Bull Pit Bull Rescue and Adoption Program. We request the following information so that we can assist you in the adoption of your new dog. Please complete all questions honestly, as this form is the first step in providing a loving a capable home for your new best friend.

Please note, completion of this application does not guarantee adoption of a Sav-a-Bull dog.
In addition to honestly completing the above, to be considered for a Sav-a-Bull dog, you must: be 21 years of age or older, have identification with your current address, have the knowledge and consent of your landlord, be willing to complete our dog adoption process and be able and dedicate the time and money necessary to provide proper care of a Sav-a-Bull dog.
